We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item and send us a photo of the damaged order at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund policy that allows you to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. While times may vary based on your individual needs, the average time is between 15 to 30 minutes before you will begin to feel a gentle natural feeling of induced sleepiness.
We recommend between 4 oz to 6 oz of water in order to avoid getting up in the middle of wonderful sleep for a pee-pee break.
We recommend to use only as needed in moderation, especially to recharge on your days off. Use it for a few days at a time with breaks in the middle while you purposely develop a better sleep rhythm and better sleep habits to naturally master better sleep. Everybody is different and is always recommended consulting with your health care professional who understands your needs especially if you are taking other medications.
You should NOT take QP DEEP SLEEP while you're pregnant or nursing. The Goji Berry, Elderberry extract and melatonin are not recommended while pregnant and there is not enough information known about the safety when consumed by pregnant women according to WebMD.
